I began training at a young age at which time I garnered understanding and skill in the arts of Muay Thai and Taekwondo. My passion is being displayed in kicking prowess and footwork. I put a strong emphasis on endurance and technique to the pace of the athlete and I will always take care of you with patience and compassion.
My kickboxing classes will leave you feeling beat and accomplished. While always motivating you I will not cut you slack, always watching making sure, you are performing correctly and safely. This class is perfect to blow off some steam, shed some pounds or learn a skill. My focus is cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, mental strength, and fat burning.
