Coach Rickie

Hey guys,

My Name is Rickie. I grew up in Sacramento, California and from a very young age kept active with activities such as: horseback riding, jazz dance, and gymnastics. It wasn’t until 2012 that I fell in love with lifting weights and since then have become a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast. I practice many types of exercise and sport including, but not limited to: olympic weightlifting, power lifting, CrossFit, yoga, and running. I’m now on a never-ending journey to become the best version of myself that I can be. Physically and mentally, because I strongly believe that pushing the limits of your physical strength will develop a strong mind.

With my development has come an urge to help bring fitness to others lives. There is nothing greater than seeing someone come to you weak and insecure and being able to give them the motivation and direction to blossom into someone who is strong and confident.

I can’t wait to continue to grow as a coach, gain knowledge and experience, and give the members of ISC the best training they could ask for. Currently I hold a CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and will continue to test my knowledge in all realms of fitness.
