If you want to be your sexy best, start a program of healthy eating and regular exercise. You can’t be your sexiest if you’re not healthy. In order to look great, you have to feel great. Being healthy is the only way to boost that great feeling. Excess weight can not only affect your health, but also your mental attitude and leave you feeling unlovable and ugly. That’s not a formula for being your sexiest. In order to look your best and sexiest, you have to feel good about yourself, no matter what your physcial shape or fitness level. Unfortunately, it’s harder to do when you know you need to shed extra pounds or are less than your fittest.

Diets are restrictive and often leave you feeling hungry. When your diet ends, and the always do, you go back to your old eating habits and regain the weight you lost. Many people eat specific foods out of habit, not necessarily because they like it. When you start learning to make smarter decisions when it comes to food, you’ll be amazed at how you’ll learn to love healthier eating and realize that many of the foods you ate weren’t really that satisfying. If you love certain foods, it doesn’t mean you have to give them up forever, but just eat less of them if they’re high calorie foods. Some of the changes you’ll make will be substituting one food for another, such as Greek yogurt for sour cream on baked potatoes. Others will be eating foods closer to whole foods.

As you shed pounds, you’ll start to see the you that was meant to be seen and love the change.

You’ll start noticing small changes, such as less jiggle when you workout or even looser fitting clothing. These changes not only make you feel good about the work you’ve done to lose weight, they encourage you to continue. As your stomach flattens and tush tones others will take notice of your new sexy look.
