Your Week At A Glance: The Innovative Strength & Conditioning Schedule
At Innovative Strength & Conditioning, we offer group strength training sessions seven days a week, with early morning and evening options to fit your lifestyle. Whether you live in downtown Sacramento or travelling from surrounding neighbourhoods such as Land Park, Natomas or Pocket, there will be a session time to suit you! Our workouts follow intentional 4–6 week training cycles, progressing through hypertrophy, strength, and power phases.
We also provide open gym access between class blocks, giving members the freedom to train on their own terms. For even more flexibility, VIP members receive 24/7 facility access via key fob.
