BOXING

Our Boxing Conditioning is a Non Contact FUN Boxing Group Personal Training Workout! Burn up to 1000 calories as you get cardio, relieve stress, tone your abs, arms, shoulders and MORE!

What To Expect:

I – CYCLE

Our heart rate monitor based cycle classes will give you real-time data during class, giving you the ability to track calories, heart rate, effort, and even class placement.

I-Power- You’ll put your endurance and strength to the test with challenges and drills based on watts and heart-rate-monitor technology and Measure your functional threshold power (FTP) to improve performance. 

I- Cycle “Rhythm” is a ride focused on riding to the rhythm and beat of the music. The rhythm brings the class together allowing for all skill levels to enjoy.

I-Challenge- Combo Based ride. This class will do 25-30 Min of cycle and 25-30 Min of Kettlebells- TRX- and Battle ropes.

At I-Cycle- the only attitude you will get is POSITIVE. All the instructors are certified and highly qualified to do their jobs. We guarantee to work your Heart, make you LAUGH, Sweat and fill your Soul with rhythm.

Our ISC Strong Program is our premiere large group personal training program built over a 4-6-week phases. Whether you are a beginner, a fitness enthusiast, an elite athlete or somewhere in between, we are able to modify or progress our workout for you to best help you achieve your goals.

Fun-Engaging and Challenging For People of ALL Fitness Levels

Our ISC Strong Program is our premiere large group personal training program built over a 4-6-week phases. Whether you are a beginner, a fitness enthusiast, an elite athlete or somewhere in between, we are able to modify or progress our workout for you to best help you achieve your goals.

For best results, we recommend you come 3-5 sessions per week!

Since every workout at ISC has a unique focus, it’s impossible for you to overtrain!
