Training for the Next Generation
Our Youth Athletic Training in Sacramento is designed for kids aged 8–11, with options to adjust based on skill level and comprehension. We focus on sprinting, agility, strength, and mobility—helping young athletes improve their performance, reduce injury risk, and build healthy movement habits early. Sessions are capped at 10 athletes to ensure close attention from our coaches. We even work with teams during their season or off-season—either at our facility or at their location.
