Founded by a former athlete who trained differently from day one, ISC was built on doing things with intention. That means coaching movement patterns, not muscle groups, and meeting people exactly where they are—whether they’re returning to fitness, navigating an injury, or ready to level up.

Our Coaching Team is small, experienced, and fiercely committed to your growth. Led by Coach T—known for his accountability, direct honesty, and focus on intent—our staff brings a unique blend of tough love and personal attention. With three distinct coaching styles across the team, clients experience a mix of motivation: from structured and intense to warm and encouraging.

Coach T is a former college and NFL/NFL Europe athlete whose passion is helping people build confidence through strength training. I work with athletes of all ages and all levels, and men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We are NEVER married to one way of doing things. When we train we use many different tools to get the most out of our members. Our process is the easiest way to feel great and get ridiculously strong at the same time. I will not let you quit on yourself, I will hold you accountable to your goals, and we will only encourage you to be better than you were yesterday.

Our Sacramento Training Space
With over 7,000 square feet of dedicated training space, ISC is designed for serious progress. You’ll find clearly defined areas for strength work, open gym, sprinting, and recovery. We have a dedicated turf zone, a recovery room with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and Normatec boots, and three private bathrooms—plus a shower for early risers or post-work sessions.
Every inch of the space was built to support better movement, better results, and better recovery.

What You’ll Train With at ISC
We invest in tools that help you move well—not just lift heavy. That means everything from belt squat machines and specialty bars (like trap bars and football bars), to sleds, tanks, resistance bands, and kettlebells. Whether you’re working around an injury or chasing new PRs, we’ve got the right equipment to support your journey.
Our standout feature? Magnetic resistance tanks—sleds that get heavier the harder you push. No weight loading required. Just effort and grit.
