Been a member of this gym for a few years. Great programming, good coaching, and a welcoming community are the hallmarks of this gym. Don't know a thing? Don't worry! Coaches and members will welcome you into the fold and encourage you!

The place is not worth going to. They charge a ridiculous amount, and dont even have a lot of equipment. Does not look professional. I would not recommend this place versus other better gyms which charge less. They are lacking in customer service and not very accomodative

Been to many gyms in Sacramento. This place is seriously a hidden gem. I only found out about because I live nearby and saw people working out outside.This place will get you into amazing shape. This is not an open gym, it is strength and fitness classes. There are trainers that run classes 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, closed on Sunday just like chick-fil-A. At this gym you pretty much get personal training in the form of a class working out with other people in the class, it's a really good environment.This gym is just really really great, some people think the classes are intense, but once you actually workout in them, it's not that bad. Also, classes are always 1 hour, so you can't a lot done in a hour.

This place is incredible. Coach T is an influential leader and goes above and beyond for all clients and members. Been a member for almost two years and I've loved every minute.

By far the best facility around. They keep it clean from the equipment, to the facility itself. By far the nicest and most knowledgeable coaches. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ISC to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this facility. Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at ISC. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
